Leamington Spa
This project was a modern extension to a terrace property within a conservation area in Leamington Spa, Lower Leam Street.
Due to its location and the restrictions that came along with the area, we embraced the challenge of creating an open and modern living space whilst also maintaining the classical, traditional features of the existing property.
The extension incorporates interesting glass features such as a single large door and a protruding glass bay flowing into a glazed strip section. The garden also features a green wall which provides a softer, natural attribute that contrasts the bright, clean lines of the glazing.
This project is now fully constructed and the clients are enjoying their new space.
